Fundraising for the Future
Whilst Long Ashton Scout Group provide Scouting to over 170 young people per week, we have a major challenge. We do not have our own facility...
... instead we rely on renting spaces from local schools in order to undertake meetings. Whilst this is useful in the short-term, it does impact our ability to deliver a coordinated programme.

We do, however, have a solution; to build a new Headquarters for the group. Our new, purpose-built, 330 sq metre facility will be on Wild Country Lane, Long Ashton, and will be a fantastic new community facility for Long Ashton. It’s primary role will be to allow the group to deliver an excellent indoor and outdoor Scouting programme.

However, we have a way to go. We need to raise £300,000 to make our plan a reality. We have initiated a fundraising campaign for the build and will be advertising events and progress on this page.
